The 2020 Citroen C3 is a Super-mini come with a modified exterior styling, additional colors and alloy wheel options, and an updated interior. These features allow you to connect your mobile phone and use its applications, including satellite navigation, through the screen. The redesigned hood and front grille are more angular, chrome LED accents have been added to the bottom of the grille, and new LED headlights are now standard on all C3 models. The revised Citroen C3 features a number of minor styling changes while retaining the original appearance of the original car.

However, an integrated satellite navigation system is available as an option if you prefer, and it comes standard on the Nav Edition version. However, the on-screen menus are not particularly well designed, and the touchscreen may be slow when responding to products. Competitors like the Seat Ibiza and the VW Polo have much more impressive information and entertainment systems.
Inside the Citroen C3 and it doesn’t feel quite as robust as the Seat Ibiza, not to mention the VW Polo: the switches are simply not as well damped and the surfaces are a bit cheaper. However, the appearance of the interior is at least very distinctive and clean touches, such as the faux fur door pull to enhance the ambiance.
All models come with a fabric that faces the dashboard, which can be upgraded to a leather-looking material in the mid and top finishes. High-end Flair trims come with a leather-trimmed steering wheel and shift knob for an extra touch of luxury.

The choice of the range should be the essence of the 1.2 liters 108 hp. Yes, there is a cheaper PureTech 83, but it appears to be underpowered and you often have to use its full power just to track traffic. Meanwhile, the 1.5-liter, 99hp diesel engine has a lot of revs at low revs, but since this engine is much more expensive than the PureTech 110, it is very difficult to recommend it unless you don’t do many miles. All Citroen C3 models come with a standard manual gearbox. If you want an automatic, you can only have one with our favorite engine, the PureTech 110. The revised Citroën C3 will keep its range of engines and gearboxes from the current car, so there will be the same options of Puretech Gasoline and BlueHDI diesel. Similarly, the C3’s chassis remains unchanged.

Protecting children from collisions was not a strong point, and pedestrian safety was a particular weak point. The entry-level touchpad is completely lost in Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), and unfortunately, you have to pay more for this crucial safety aid on Feel and Flair pads. However, the Nav Edition versions come with AEB as standard, and all C3 versions have a lane change warning.
The Citroen C3 is one of the only cars for sale available with an integrated built-in camera. All versions are equipped with an immobilizer and a central remote locking device, but only the high-end Flair versions have an alarm. The Citroen C3 2020 model received just four stars out of five in its safety assessment by Euro NCAP. This may sound like a good score, but it is not if you consider that the vast majority of rivals have earned five stars.
